Mouse Buttons

Howdy,
I cannot get my mouse buttons 3 and 4 to work which I always have used for walking forward and activating items. I know you're busy but if there's something I'm missing I'd like to play this mod in the style I'm used to, until then I'll try the wsad keys, thank you

Okay, when I launch the game from the fallout 3 shortcut, button 3 and 4 work great, but when I launch from the FOMM and use the FOSE function they do not. Respectively I have crashed several times when I use the original shortcut so I'm a bit worried that the FOSE doesn't work unless it's used in the begining.
